A new podcast called “Down the Hatch” discusses issues that swallowing clinicians face and news in their field. The podcast is hosted by two speech-language pathologists Ianessa Humbert, Ph.D., CCC-SLP and Alicia Vose, M.A., CCC-SL.
In episode 4, they interviewed our Co-Director and Chair of Neurology, Dr. Michael Okun, about how important swallowing issues are to neurological patients and the need for more education MDs on swallowing difficulties.
