About Reem Waziry

Trained as a physician-scientist , my scientific work focuses on discovering practical solutions to complex health problems where integration of advanced methods and creative study designs is a necessity.

I have pioneered novel lines of scientific inquiry to quantify, understand and monitor onset of challenging biological and clinical phenotypes in our respective fields across aging and the neurosciences (Waziry 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, 2025).

Together with colleagues, I pursue scientific inquiries that challenge me the most to push the boundaries of what we know for a healthful present and future. I am a former fencer and an avid long-distance runner. I run in local, national and international races as my schedule allows.
