Wellness Wednesday

Join the UF Health Multiple Sclerosis Program for Wellness Wednesday, a welcoming evening designed to bring together people living with multiple sclerosis, their families and caregivers. Each gathering offers an opportunity to connect with the MS community, learn from UF Health experts and explore topics that support health and well-being while living with MS.

Wellness Wednesday events are held at the Norman Fixel Institute for Neurological Diseases at UF Health and combine education, conversation and community in a supportive environment.
