UF neuroscientist co-chairs Alzheimer’s Association International Conference Neuroscience Next

University of Florida neuroscientist, Joe Abisambra, Ph.D., is co-chairing the 2023 Alzheimer’s Association International Conference Neuroscience Next, April 17-20.

AAIC Neuroscience Next is a global, free and virtual conference showcasing the work of students, postdoctoral researchers and early career research professionals in different areas of neuroscience research including cognitive, computational and behavioral.

“This is a novel and revolutionary program that includes patient perspectives, transformative research and global engagement,” said Abisambra, an associate professor of neuroscience and deputy director of UF’s Brain Injury, Rehabilitation and Neuroresilience Center. “I’m very excited to host our very own neuropathology core. Its director, Dr. Stefan Prokop will highlight our brain bank at CTRND and showcase the McKnight Brain Institute and the Norman Fixel Institute for Neurological Diseases.”

Attendees will:
